Massage Therapy is a natural way to support a pregnant woman’s body systems as they adapt to the major changes they are undergoing. Using a variety of techniques, including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and education of gentle stretching and strengthening techniques, I work in partnership with each woman toward a healthy and comfortable experience of pregnancy. Massage therapy helps reduce stress, manage pain, and increase body awareness: essential components in preparing for labour and the post-partum period.
